About FAMAC
We help mediate family and divorce
disputes
We offer parties a process where they themselves are in control of the outcome, assisted by a neutral third-party in a problem-solving environment.

Mediation dispute resolution
We seek to help couples bring the marriage to a close in a way that is fair and equitable. The mediation process is confidential and we aim to enable both spouses to have more direct control over the terms and conditions of their divorce agreement.
FAMAC’s Core Values
Fair and equitable
mediation
Mediators act as objective third-parties to help enhance communications between parties, fostering an improved working relationship.
Creative
problem-solving
Through the skilled assistance of a mediator, parties are encouraged to listen, keep confidence, be empathetic, respect each other’s values, and focus on resolving underlying conflict.
Self-determination
Both parties have the autonomy to make the decisions instead of giving up that power to a neutral third party. The mediator is simply there to guide the conversation to help the parties themselves make the necessary decisions.
FAMAC Committee Members
The following industry professionals make up the FAMAC Committee and help to ensure that all decisions are made in the best interest of the clients, the organisation, and its members. The sub-committees are training, ethics, parenting coordination, marketing and website, finanes, resources, general meetings and speakers.
