What is Mediation?

Mediation involves families in conflict working out arrangements for themselves and their children with the help of neutral and skilled mediators. The aim of mediation is to reach an agreement which is mutually acceptable to the parties within the broad range of that which a court would be likely to approve.

Information: Hennie van Rooyen was admitted as an attorney in 1986 and is practicing as an attorney, notary and conveyancer in Stellenbosch Western Cape.

He is also an accredited mediator and strongly believes in the mediation of divorce and family matters.

He obtained his BA Law Degree from the University of the Orange Free State and his LLB degree from the University of Cape Town.
