- Josie Eastwood qualified as an attorney in 2003 and has practiced in a wide range of areas including commercial law, environmental law, administrative law and civil prosecution. She has worked in private law firms, including Edward Nathan Sonnenberg Inc, and as a specialist asset forfeiture prosecutor for the National Prosecuting Authority. Josie has trained as a family mediator and was accredited with FAMAC in 2019. She has experience in private divorce mediation and has participated in the voluntary mediation program at the Wynberg Children’s Court. Josie also qualified as a Lifeline counsellor in 2019 and volunteered as a telephone counsellor at Lifeline. In 2024, Josie completed a Facilitation course at the FVZS Institute and is currently studying part-time towards a Psychology Honours degree through the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP).
