Short bio: I have a particular interest in working with children and victims of sexual abuse. My practice is dedicated to the assessment of children, care and contact evaluations, as well as conducting forensic investigations into allegations of abuse. I am also passionate about empowering children through proper, age-appropriate sex education and awareness. I believe that by breaking the stigma and shame so often associated with sex, we can help prevent issues such as teenage pregnancy, child sexual abuse, and the underreporting of sexual offences. My interest in understanding people in high-conflict situations—especially couples going through difficult divorces—led me to pursue further training in mediation. I use mediation to help families find alternative, amicable, and constructive ways to resolve their disputes before turning to the courts. I firmly believe that mediation offers a more cost-effective, empowering, and collaborative approach to resolving conflict.
