- I am a legal practitioner with over 25 years of experience in South African law. As a mediator and dispute systems designer and business coach, I dedicated my career to resolving complex commercial, labour and family matters with a focus on equitable outcomes. Dispute system design, a new addition to our expanding existing legal practice, is the process of creating methods and structures within an organisation to handle conflicts and disputes efficiently and effectively. This involves identifying potential areas of conflict, designing mechanisms to address them, and implementing processes that ensure disputes are resolved in a timely and fair manner. I am skilled in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Commercial and Labour Law, Legal Compliance, LGBT Rights, South African Law, and Mediation.
