Short bio: For more than a decade I have been practicing law and through the years I have found myself drawn to divorce law and family related matters. Ultimately the process of divorce can be very strenuous and painful for clients as it brings about the finality of what may be years of marriage. My passion for this field of law is therefore driven by my willingness to aid clients to navigate the legal aspect of divorce in an amicable way. My aim is to assist parties reach a mutual agreement and settle the matter rather than engage in costly and protracted litigation. It is evident that by mediating the matter parties are able to reach an expeditious resolution allowing them to avoid the trauma and complications accompanied by lengthy litigation. This is especially helpful in the instance where minor children are involved. The above being the reason why I am a registered divorce mediator. My hope is that my legal service and assistance to clients will help them reach the next chapter as efficiently as possible.
