- Janine Myburgh is an Attorney with nearly three decades of experience and the Managing Director of Myburgh Attorneys Incorporated, which she founded in 1999. Her work spans litigation, mediation, facilitation, and parent coordination, and she holds the right of appearance in the High Court. She previously served as the National Chairperson of the Legal Practice Council and was a member of the Chief Justice of South Africa’s National Enhancement Efficiency Committee. She has completed both basic and advanced judicial training and is deeply committed to professional excellence and ethical practice. Janine is the former President and Chairperson of the Cape Chamber of Commerce and Industry — the first woman and youngest person to be re-elected to that role in 220 years. A former national chairperson of the South African Council of Businesswomen. In her diplomatic role, she serves as the Honorary Consul of Canada in South Africa and is an active member of the Consular Corps. She is passionate about helping families resolve conflict in ways that support their long-term well-being and offers services in family mediation, divorce mediation, parenting plans, parent coordination, and community mediation.
